These Shipping Terms apply to all orders placed with Telomivra (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy is intended to clearly explain delivery coverage, shipping fees, order processing timelines, and responsibilities related to order fulfillment, ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

1. Delivery Coverage

At present, shipping services are available exclusively within the United Kingdom. Orders with delivery addresses outside the UK cannot be processed at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Orders with a total value of £89.99 or more (including £89.99) qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders with a total value below £89.99 are subject to a fixed shipping fee of £10.99.

All applicable taxes and delivery-related charges are included in the listed product prices. No additional fees will be requested at checkout or upon delivery.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Our standard order processing hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 (GMT).

  • Orders placed before 18:00 are typically processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 18:00 are processed on the following business day.
  • Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

4. Order Processing Time

After payment has been successfully confirmed, orders are generally prepared, packed, and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 5–8 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, or external logistical factors.

7. Order Tracking

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment confirmation, and shipping carrier details.

You may track your order at any time by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order number together with your email address or phone number.

8. Responsibility and Delivery Issues

  • If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with verification and resolution.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect information may occur.

9. Delivery Inspection

We recommend checking the condition of your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage, missing items, or irregularities, please take photos and contact us promptly so we can assist you accordingly.
